PIA is looking for cooperative partner to work with on the commercial project of Parchim Business Park (e.g. theme park, hotel, exhibition center and so on). The cooperation pattern is flexible with multi-dimensional options such as equity alliance, BOT mode.

ü          Equity alliance: PIA and partner set up Joint-Venture to develop project, undertake the risks together, share the proceeds.

ü          BOT mode: PIA will award the right of development of the project to partner, and transfer of operating rights and joint development. After the agreed period, PIA will recover the project.
