Authorized by the Board of Directors of Henan Linkglobal International Logistics Co., LTD., this website issues the following clarification statement:
Clarification Statement
According to the relevant provisions of "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Articles of Incorporation of Henan Linkglobal International Logistics Co., LTD.", the Board of Henan Linkglobal International Logistics Co., LTD. is the company’s external representative institution on operating decision-making and business execution. In view of the fact that Henan Linkglobal International Logistics Co., LTD. is the sole legal owner of Germany Parchim Airport and its affiliated land, with the approval of the Board of Directors, the Company declares as follows:
1. The Board of Henan Linkglobal International Logistics Co., LTD. is the sole foreign cooperation and operating decision-making institution of Germany Parchim Airport and its affiliated land (German address: Dammer Weg/Flughafengelaende, 19370 Parchim, Germany). Relevant major foreign cooperation and business decision-making issues should be decided by the Board and came into force after signed and sealed with written documents.
2. Without the written authorization of the Company or the Board of the Company, neither individual nor organization has the right to engage in the foreign cooperation or operating issues concerning Pachim Airport or its affiliated land.
3. Without the written seal and signature of Henan Linkglobal International Logistics Co., LTD., any agreement, document, letter and commitment concerning the foreign cooperation and operating issues of the Company, Germany Parchim Airport and its affiliated lands are not effective. And the Company does not take relevant responsibilities.
4. Any interested potential partner is welcomed to contact us with formal channels for cooperation.
The above is hereby formally declared.
