Chairman of LinkGlobal Group Mr. Pang Yuliang made a speech on the forum. In view of new problems in international trade incurred by the financial crisis, he addressed the value of PIA Bonded Business Park as a platform, and summoned logistics companies, international transporters, importers and exporters and export processing companies to make use of the platform to exploit business. In times of financial crisis, oversea importers transfer losses to exporters through bankruptcy and exporters cannot get payment for goods; timebargain with L/C for payment brings risks to export-oriented companies because of change of exchange rate of RMB against USD and increased transport charges caused by fluctuating oil price. However, through this platform, Chinese logistics industry can “go global” and extend its service chain to provide services to Chinese enterprises that are “going global”, while Chinese importers and exporters can move forward their industrial chain and supply chain to be near customers and materials, so that they suffer less risks and strengthen international competitive power.

General Manager of Nanjing Hi-Tech Zone Mr. Xu Jianqing addressed in his speech that Nanjing Hi-Tech Zone cooperating with LinkGlobal Group and building branch in PIA Bonded Business Park is to fulfill China’s “going global” strategy. In supporting enterprises’ oversea development, Nanjing Hi-Tech Zone walks ahead of other Hi-tech zones in China and creates the 4th model of international cooperation. It will report to Ministry of Commerce and apply for preferable policies in the near future. Goodman’s Managing Director in Germany Mr. Werner Knan addressed that Goodman Group highly agrees with LinkGlobal International’s business plan of logistics and supply chain integration throughout Asia, Europe and Africa, and it has signed with LinkGlobal an agreement of global strategic cooperation to support LinkGlobal’s logistics development projects. Goodman Group is the world’s largest industrial and logistics real property developer, through property development and management, developing industrial and logistic properties and leasing properties according to customers’ needs. It will provide value-added services to LinkGlobal and its customers to cut down risks Chinese enterprises may be confronted in exploiting oversea market. According to related regulations, Goodman Group will be able to assist enterprises that rent property developed by Goodman to operate business getting subsidy from the federal government amounting to 30-50% of the total investment including Goodman’s construction project.
