LinkGlobal Group Management Meeting 2008

LinkGlobal Group Management Meeting 2008 was held in Beijing on 17 Oct. 2008. More than 200 people were present at the meeting, consisting of managing directors from the group’s subsidiaries---- LinkGlobal Logistics Co., Ltd, Oriental-sky Aviation Service Co., Ltd, Zhengzhou Airport Logistics Development Co., Ltd and Fortune Link International Trading Co., Ltd----and all employees from the parent company.

The meeting was chaired by Ms. Du Hua, Assistant President of the group.

It consisted of 4 parts:

1. Jonathan, Chairman and President of LinkGlobal Group, made a review on the development of LinkGlobal and made arrangement for organizational improvement and popularization of the new project. Meanwhile, he required reinforcement of corporate culture, emphasizing on the sense of ownership and the spirit of the “HAMs”.

2. LinkGLobal Group Vice President Hoffman made a profound analysis on Parchim Project, probing into its significance, the business opportunities embodied in it and its profit models. Furthermore, he brought forth the idea to build up a 4PL Logistics Platform.

3. Assistant President Feng Yaguo made a report on the organization of Parchim Project Team and the promotion plan for the project.

4. HR Manager Wang Xiaohong explained the organizational structure of LinkGlobal Group and the assessment system.

Chairman Jonathan repeated in the meeting that as new and unique resource of LinkGlobal, Parchim Project deserved attention and effort of all LinkGlobal Members. Through acquisition of PIA, LinkGlobal extends its business to and set up a service platform in Europe. LinkGlobal Members can get many more opportunities if they relate their experience to this platform. As traditional logistics cannot meet LinkGlobal’s demand for development anymore, on basis of the traditional business, a new business model should be developed, i.e. Parchim Project which integrates airport operation, overseas warehousing, bonded exhibition and bonded auction. LinkGlobal will grow stronger and more prosperous when its rich experience is grafted on to Parchim Project.

   
At the end of the meeting, on behalf of all LinkGlobal employees, representatives from the subsidiaries expressed their wishes for the bright future of LinkGlobal and their determination to be dedicated to the development of LinkGlobal.
